From our accountancy practice in Reading we can provide you with a comprehensive service that will meet all of your needs as a freelancer or contractor.

As an ACCA accountancy practice we can ensure that your financial affairs are set up in the optimal way for your needs. One of our accountants will meet with you either at our Reading Accountancy Offices or at a convenient location in Reading, London or Guildford for an initial face to face consultation. We are then available to meet with you face to face on an annual basis to discuss any changes in you accountancy needs.

At our Reading Office our accountants will prepare your Personal Service Companies statutory accounts, compute the corporation tax and ensure that all necessary statutory returns are filed. We will manage your payroll which includes the provision of monthly payslips.

As a company director of a personal service company we will prepare your self assessment returns and advise you of any tax due.

We can provide you with FreeAgent browser based software to keep your contractor records in order. FreeAgent will provide you with instant access to all of the financial information you could require for your personal service company.

You will be given access to the client area on this website which has a host of resources to help contractors run their personal service companies. Should you not be able to answer your question here we will respond promptly to your queries and questions.

Legislation for contractors is complicated and IR35 can be a worry. As Quality Accountants recognised by the PCG we keep up to date with relevant legislations such as IR35 and s660 and can pass on this expertise to our contractor clients. We can review your contracts and give advice on IR35 and s660 relevant to your personal circumstances.

We offer comprehensive contractor packages from £99 plus VAT per month. Should you require any extra services we will agree an additional fixed cost price upfront.
