Are you running the risk of IR35?
It often becomes a hassle for the contractor to obtain an IR35 review of their contract before starting the assignment. As it has been seen in the Dragonfly Consulting case a contractor needs to be aware of their employment status as not many can afford a tax bill of £99,000.
I would suggest that all contractors have obtained a professional contract review, by an expert in this area, for their own piece of mind. This will ensure that if HMRC do probe for IR35 the contractor will be more confident that their employment status is correct.
